Indeed Resume

I wanted to share something I read on March 3rd on the Indeed blog , now you can upload your resume to a free indeed account and you can share it with the world; from a sourcer perspective this is GOLD.

I've asked my technical candidates and couple of them have created their public profile there…the word is not yet out, but imagine when goes mainstream…

Indeed Resume is still in early beta. They are limiting features- that is why we don’t get any results when doing Boolean searches. I will try in a month. 
Sample search: 
site:indeed.com ~resume (filetype:pdf | filetype:doc | filetype:rtf | filetype:htm | filetype:html)

OR

site:indeed.com(intitle:"curriculum vitae" | inurl:vitae | intitle:vitae) coldfusion sql db2 CA -about -jobs -inanchor:apply -inanchor:submit
